Velour is a 26-screen beauty shopping app designed in Claude Design and then handed to Claude Code (Opus 5.5, high effort), which built it as a real iPhone app with Expo and React Native. The design took about 20 minutes and the build under 10. The video shows every step: exporting the handoff from Claude Design, writing the PRD.md spec, the one-line prompt that starts the build, sub-agents building in parallel and testing their own work, and the part where the styling broke and how a follow-up prompt fixed the Tailwind config and global.css. The app covers sign-in, create account, password reset and guest browsing; a storefront with a home carousel, categories, search, filters, list and grid views, and product pages with a shade picker and ratings; cart and a checkout with address, delivery slot and payment (card, bKash, cash on delivery), order confirmation and tracking; account screens for orders, saved items, payment methods, addresses and FAQs; and an admin panel with a 7/30/90-day sales dashboard, products, catalogue, orders, customers and settings. It uses demo data only, so there is no backend or real payments yet. The design export, PRD and the exact prompts are in the repo.
